Using QualiLens
QualiLens is a research and reading tool that publishes articles, public media and patent Baselines. The Beta is currently free to use. Some Baseline content requires a verified email.
Use an email address you control. Do not share access codes, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use QualiLens to collect other users’ personal information.
We may restrict access where an account is used abusively or in breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by email. Our Privacy notice explains how account and session data are handled.
Research material and sources
Analyses may be AI-assisted. QualiLens content may contain errors, omissions or unresolved source limitations. Baselines and other analyses are provided for research and reading purposes only. They are not legal advice, legal representation, or a guarantee about infringement, validity, litigation, investment or any transaction.
Original sources take precedence over our summaries and mappings. Review the original sources and relevant limitations before relying on the material, and seek qualified professional advice where appropriate. Contacting QualiLens does not create an attorney–client relationship.
You may share links to public QualiLens pages. Source documents and other third-party material remain subject to their own rights; access through QualiLens does not transfer ownership or grant a general right to republish them.
Beta availability and changes
QualiLens is an early Beta. Features and content may change, and material may be corrected or withdrawn.
A published Baseline release will not be silently replaced with a different analysis under the same release identifier.

Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms do not require an exclusive court or remove protections available to you under applicable law. Material changes to these terms will be described on the site before they take effect.
