Using this Beta
QualiLens publishes articles, public media, and patent Baselines for reading and research. The Beta is free to access. Full Baselines require a verified email. Both personal and work email addresses are accepted. Registration gives access to all published full Baselines; it does not subscribe you to marketing or create a paid subscription.
Research material
Content may contain omissions, errors or unresolved source limitations. A Baseline is the analysis identified by its release, claim and source basis. It is not a legal opinion, legal representation, or a guarantee about infringement, validity, litigation, investment or a transaction.
Inspect the original source, review the limitations and seek qualified professional advice for decisions that require it. Contacting QualiLens does not create an attorney–client relationship.
Sources and sharing
You may share links to public articles, media pages and Baseline previews. Source documents and third-party material may be subject to their own rights. Access to a page does not transfer ownership or grant a general right to republish third-party material.
Use a release link when referring to a Baseline so that other readers can identify the same version.
Accounts and site integrity
Use an email address you control. Do not share access codes, try to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use the site to collect other users’ personal information.
You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by email. We may restrict an account used for abuse or a breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the restriction and give you a way to contact us about a mistake. Our Privacy notice explains account data and necessary session cookies.
Availability and corrections
This is an early Beta. Features may change, and content may be corrected or withdrawn. A withdrawn release will not be silently replaced with a different analysis under the same release identifier.

Your rights
These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These terms do not select an exclusive court or remove protections available to you under applicable law. Material changes will be described on the site before they take effect.
